Welcome to the Scarlett Monroe terms and conditions for use. These terms of conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Privacy Policy / Personal information we collect
Scarlett Monroe treats your personal information as confidential. We use your information to help us better understand your needs and to ensure we deliver the best possible service. Specifically we use the information to communicate with you, inform you of offers and events, any changes in service details, and on occasion to invite you to participate in any market research about our products and service. We will not sell, lease or distribute your information to third parties unless we have your prior permission. Non personal data is aggregated for reporting purposes, so that we can better understand web usage with the aim of improving the customer experience. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our privacy policy. You should be aware that if requested to by a government or regulatory authority we are entitled to release your personal information.

Orders
You can make your order online or over the phone. 01628 488661
To make a purchase, simply browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy to “My Bag”. After you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout'. You will be asked to fill out a simple registration form and set up a login name and password. Once you have registered with us you will not have to repeat this process the next time you visit the shop. You will only need to enter your login name (email address) and password.
Once you have registered you will be directed to our checkout pages where you can pay by debit/credit card. All major debit/credit cards are accepted. All online transactions are administered by Sage Pay. We do not take your credit card details at any point. This provides a high level of security, keeping your details safe.
Your payments are made in a secure environment. Our server encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please ensure that your email address has been entered correctly in the online shop.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in the instructions below- cancelling your order.
Size guide
All our collections have varying fits and work to different size models. Check the sizing guide for help on this and if in doubt please email us at info@scarlettmonroe.com
Deliveries
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day via Royal Mail. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
A next day delivery service is available for orders placed before 1.00pm for orders placed from Monday up to Thursday.
Delivery Times and Cost
UK. 3- 5 days. Postage charge £7.00. Next day delivery postage charge £10.00
Europe. 4-7 days. Postage charge £12
International delivery times are difficult to give guidance on as each country will be different. Postage charge £20.
You will need to sign for all deliveries. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Scarlett Monroe cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item simply return the item in the condition supplied along with your order sheet or receipt to Scarlett Monroe, 11 High Street, Marlow, UK, and SL7. You will need to pay the postage cost for returned items and we suggest that you obtain proof of postage as returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us. We will process your refund as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. Exchange items will be sent out within 7 working days and a re- delivery charge will apply.
Cancelling your order
The UK’s distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receipt of the goods then you must inform info@scarlettmonroe.com within 7 working days clearly stating your order number. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return the items to us following the returns procedure as above.
Intellectual property
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the web site shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You can only use this material if authorized by us or our licensors.
Indemnity
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and /or your personal information.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be free of errors or defects, or that the site or server that make it available are. However we do take every precaution to ensure that they are.
We will have links to other web sites we think you may want to visit. We do not vet these websites and do not have any control over their content, and cannot accept any liability in respect of use of these websites.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
