Delivery & Returns
Deliveries
Your order will be dispatched on the next working day via Royal Mail. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
A next day delivery service is available for orders placed before 1.00pm for orders placed from Monday up to Thursday.
Delivery Times and Cost
UK. 3- 5 days. Postage charge £7.00. Next day delivery postage charge £10.00
Europe. 4-7 days. Postage charge £12
International delivery times are difficult to give guidance on as each country will be different. Postage charge £20.
You will need to sign for all deliveries. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of dispatch - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost. Scarlett Monroe cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item simply return the item in the condition supplied along with your order sheet or receipt to Scarlett Monroe, 11 High Street, Marlow, UK, and SL7. You will need to pay the postage cost for returned items and we suggest that you obtain proof of postage as returned packages remain your responsibility until they reach us. We will process your refund as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. Exchange items will be sent out within 7 working days and a re- delivery charge will apply.
Cancelling your order
The UK’s distance selling regulations give you the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If you wish to cancel your order prior to receipt of the goods then you must inform info@scarlettmonroe.com within 7 working days clearly stating your order number. If your order has already been dispatched then you will need to return the items to us following the returns procedure as above.
